To excel in this competition, you will need to understand the marketing and decide on what you are going to specialize in. You need to develop a method for your target audience and attract them with a message using the different types of media. Lets look at some of the categories where you can specialize in:
1. Condos, vacation property
2. Single-family homes
3. Apartments for one to four families
4. Commercial— hotels/motels, strip malls, office complexes, mobile home parks, storage units, parking lots, garages, restaurants, stores, apartments for five or more families, and so forth
5. Industrial—factories, refineries, manufacturing plants, and so forth
6. Farms—commercial, industrial, or agricultural, depending on zoning
7. Raw land—lots, vacation, recreational, sub-dividable residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and special purpose
8. Special purpose—churches, schools, hospitals, power plants, theaters, sports arenas, golf courses, marinas, and so forth
Even if you dont want try helping someone to sell their property. Just like a friend help them without expecting anything in return. You will be amazed with the ressult when you sincerely help someone without having the intention of making money.
